Shipping
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Be sure the mailing information is entered correctly at checkout. Jon'Jay Designs, LLC will not be responsible or issue refunds for any packages returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, instead a store credit will be considered.
Payment
Keeping your financial information secure is absolutely essential to us, therefore you can make your payments easily and securely through PayPal.
Returns & Refunds
You may return your item(s) for a full refund (minus shipping and handling), within 10 business days of receipt. Store credit will be given for any item(s) received after the 10th day. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. All returned items must be in original condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed), with tags attached. Jon'Jay Designs LLC reserve the right to deny refunds and/or store credits, if returned items show signs of being altered, worn or tags have been removed. Customers will be notified, via email, about refunds and store credits, once returned items are received.
All sale and seasonal items are final.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
